WTF?
What the Feeback™
We often hear that “feedback is a gift,” yet many of us have experienced feedback that left us thinking, “WTF –What the Feedback?!” In the workplace, feedback flows between bosses, peers, customers, and vendors.
To truly improve the feedback process, we must recognize it as two distinct skills: delivering feedback effectively andreceiving it without becoming defensive.
