Team training creates a shared experience of targeted TEAM skill development and collective TEAM commitment to action. Team training is designed and delivered in a way that meets the team’s real world, real time needs whether they are overcoming critical skill deficits, establishing baseline skills, or leveling up satisfactory skills to deliver more, better, and faster as a cohesive team.

VPG offers a unique hybrid service of train, coach, and facilitate. In this scenario the team together undergoes a skill training. Shortly after, VPG leads the team through a facilitated session where the team works real time to apply the skill to an issue and VPG coaches the team in application of the skill..

Coaching

Improving your team and company growth.

Each employee, team and leader in an organization experiences different challenges and has different goals. We create coaching plans to further develop existing skillsets or add new skills, depending on the need. We work closely with the individual or team to help them reach their full potential.

All individual Contributor and Executive Coaching is comprised of an appropriate assessment to create baseline awareness followed by 9+ months of coaching.

When coaching a team, we meet the team where they are and coach the team to fully and completely step into the goals they hold for themselves through an approach that balances psychological safety and challenges. Each team is unique. Team needs run the gamut from requiring help in creating the conditions for team effectiveness, becoming trusting and feeling safe, getting unstuck, seeing their blind spots, taking risks, dealing with destructive behaviors to leaving the ego at the door.

Facilitation

Learning to effectively work as a team doesn’t interrupt people, it involves them.

With workshops facilitated by Vivid Performance Group, teams are empowered to dig deep and create purpose, processes, norms, trust, collaboratively solve problems, and successfully work through tension and conflict. Our people-oriented design approach focuses on creating and delivering a facilitated experience that meets the team’s unique needs around people, process and pace.

Mediation

Conflict between individuals, among team/s, and within an organization is inevitable and on the rise. In a perfect world co-workers would be able to navigate and successfully resolve conflicts on their own without the help of a third party. Only 31% of managers believe they handle conflict well and only 22% of non-managers agree with that view.

Leveraging a neutral external expert decreases the costs of disputes, preserves relationships, empowers people, gets to the underlying issues, and creates a course of action and accountability. The power of mediation is rooted in the fact that it is the conflictees themselves that retain control and are held accountable to co-create a solution. The role of the expert mediator is to guide and manage the process.

We provide confidential, certified, neutral conflict-mediation services through a proven methodology that fosters a supportive environment. Here the conflictees are better able to align and create a mutually beneficial agreement that identifies responsible parties, actions, timelines, duration and outcomes.

Most mediations can be concluded in one day with a high success rate compared to other forms of dispute resolution. In the vast majority of cases an agreement is reached during the mediation. In those instances where it is not, the experience and process create a productive learning experience for the conflictees which sets the stage for a successful follow on session.
